Southern Counties Shooting and the Clay Pigeon Raceway are part of Southern Counties Leisure, we are Situated on the A37 between Dorchester and Yeovil near Evershot; formerly known as the "clay pigeon". We offer first class facilities, whether it be trying your hand at Clay Shooting on the official olympic pre training ground; where we are also hosting the 2010 shotgun world cup (this will attract some 650 competitors). Or, trying your hand at prokart racing (go kart) on the Clay Pigeon Raceway, the best Dorset Karting circuit; the circuit where 2009 Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton won his first race and the home kart circuit of Jenson Button, 2 well known F1 (Formula one) drivers.
We can also offer you motorhome, caravan and camping on the AA standard clay pigeon caravan park with electric hook ups and full washing facilities Catering can be taken care of in either our A la Carte restaurant or cafe bar, which is open 7 days a week. Take advantage of our newly completed function room which has computer connection points and drop down projector screens for corporate presentations.

Saturday 14th February 2009 - full details available soon Southern Counties has been a great place for motorbike enthusiasts to meet, with a good range of bikes turning up, from modern sports bikes to some of the cleanest classic bikes in the area. We were told by people that they enjoyed this years night better than Poole bike night
