Jamie joined southern counties in 2007 on his return from a 6 year stay in Australia, he worked in award winning restaurants in Melbourne and before his "long" holiday, was chef at the Straw Hat restaurant. He regulary prepared food for celebrities such as the Beckhams, Rod Stewart, various footballers from Arsenal and Totenham  and pop stars. All of whom kept coming back, so he must be doing something right!

Jamie is versatile and can prepare you anything from a quick snack in the cafe bar to a meal of your choice in the a la carte restaurant.

The restaurant is open from 12 to 5 pm until the 8th January 2009, due to holidays.

Whether it is a quick snack or a full a la carte menu, from dinner for two to a Wedding reception we have the skills and space to make the ocassion special.

Meals served 7 days a week

A la carte menu Thurs, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings in the Resatuarant 12:00 noon to 9:30pm
